Study 1
Antibacterial Efficacy of NitroPep Technology in the Institute of Microbiology and Infection at Birmingham
The NitroPep technology was applied to a number of door furniture in the Institute of Microbiology and Infection. The general infrastructure in the laboratories showed very high levels of bacteria. The NitroPep technology inhibited growth of bacteria on these surfaces. The NitroPep technology has now been permanently installed in the Institute of Microbiology and Infection in Birmingham.
Study 2
NitroPep Surfaces were installed onboard a ship at sea for 11 months. The surfaces showed excellent inhibition of bacteria on the surfaces
Despite increased sterilisation and education campaigns, hospital acquired infections have not been eradicated. Bacterial colonisation of frequent touch surfaces is key in the transmission of infection. Surfaces were installed onboard a ship and the NitroPep technology showed excellent inhibition of growth.

Study 3
NitroPep filters for air conditioning. Antibacterial efficacy of NitroPep treated filters against MRSA
Air filter systems are a prime location for colonisation by bacteria. Analysis of filters on trains have shown high levels of bacteria contamination. The NitroPep filters have inhibited bacteria growth on these filters.
